THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GOVERNMENT PROJECT AND A PRIVATE PROJECT

This is a private project of a sidewalk completed within 3 months with retail
stalls up and running since yesterday.


Notice the high sophisticated roofing complete with flooring , lightings
speakers and CCTV cameras all fully done.

Now, compare a government pedestrian walk project carried out
by DBKL.

A 300 meters pedestrian walk which started almost simultaneously,
with low roofing ( no heavy machinery like crane needed here), light
fittings were installed but still NOT functional


Oh yes just to point out that the walls and the concrete railings WERE
NOT done by them. They only done the roofing, flooring and the lightings
It's already way passed 3 months now and sadly they have yet to complete
the job!
