THEN HOW, PDRM?

Latest update: Selangor Police chief praises

You must have read about the gusty lady who kena robbed of her
handbag then went chasing after the 2 robbers in her car that

ended with 1 robber killed and another injured.

And today Malay Mail reports that the Ampang Jaya district police
said that
The case is being investigated under Section 395 of
the Penal Code for gang robbery and also Section 41
of the Road Transport Act 1987 for reckless driving.

Yes the injured robber be charged for gang robbery, okay, no problem with
that but to charge/ investigated the lady for reckless driving? Huhh!

Then how la PDRM? Could the police kindly enlighten us, what must

we the ordinary rakyat do in a similar situation like Siti Aishah?

That even we are robbed, we can't pursue them in our cars becos we'll
be charged for reckless driving?

That we are allowed only to chase these bad guys on foot while they
get away on their motorbikes?

Or we are NOT allowed to drive at 90mph to chase robbers becos it's
a residential area?

Or MUST we call 999 for help, sit down on the kerb, do nothing but
curse and swearing at ourselves while waiting for a patrol car to arrive
and God knows when?

DAMMIT! PDRM go ahead and charge Siti Aishah who should be
commended for her bravery and wanting to do justice!
