GAMES PEOPLE PLAY

Politics is their business yet they are making politics
dirtier and uglier by the day.

In my previous postings, I said about games played
by Malaysian politicians like ‘lompat-lompat’, jumping ships,

defections, katak-katak, party-hopping, hide n seek
and disappearing acts.

Currently, they are playing ‘lawsuits’ with ‘police reports’
as its sidekicks. Here are a few cases…

1. Khallid Ibrahim the Selangor’s MB is suing Khir Toyo the former
MB over a police report made by Toyo on abuse of power.
The abuse of power was on upkeep of a car owned by Khalid
and also about purchase of cows.
Incidentally, in turn the newly launched MACC
(Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission) is investigating Khalid
on the same issue.

2. Nizar, the former MB for Perak is suing Zambry
over his ‘illegal’ appointment as the current Perak’s MB.

3. Zambry in turn, is taking actions against the Perak State
Assembly’s Speaker Sivakumar for suspending him (Zambry)
from attending the Assembly. Zambry is said to be consulting
QC in UK over the matter.

4. Perak DAP might be taking actions against the PM
Pak Lah for asking Zambry to lodge a police report against
Sivakumar.

5. There were countless police reports against Sivakumar for
suspending the MB of Perak and his exco members from
The State Assembly.

6. Karpal Singh wants to take the Sultan of Perak to court.
But apparently, he (Karpal) must have ‘chicken out’
after receiving some bullets in his letter box.

Ain’t those above events confusing and disturbing?

Making lawsuits and police reports against each other
lead you nowhere. It’s waste of money and time.

By the time a final judgment is made, the next General Election
might be just around the corner!

So why fight when time is running out?
