IN SUPPORT OF PPSMI & A MUST PASS IN ENGLISH SPM

WHEN the air-conditioning system suddenly broke down at a warehouse sale, the deejay apologised loudly over the PA system: “Sorry for your uncomfortable.”
I wove my way to the exit and when I paused to look at some bargains, a sales assistant stepped up to ask: “Can I hep chew?” My make-up was starting to melt in the sweltering heat, so I just smiled at her speechlessly and left the warehouse-turned-sauna.
In a cafĂ©, a foreigner asked: “May I have a glass of ice water?” The waiter came back with two glasses, one filled with plain water and the other with ice. I guess the foreigner was not amused when he found he had to make his own glass of ice water!

Do I need to say more?

A RIDICULOUS 150 YEARS SENTENCE

This man,Wall Street swindler Bernard Madoff was
sentenced to 150 years in jail here. 150 years
imprisonment? Really absurd, don't you think so?
Considering he's already 71 years, how long can he live?
Was the judge expecting him to live more than
200 years beating the world record of the oldest
human being of 122 years,Jeanne Louise Calment ?
I'm not a judge nor I'm that brilliant to be one but
somehow, that long sentence didn't look very logical
at least to me. I don't care how the learned judge
had arrived with such a ridiculous sentence, but
sometimes common sense can tell you 'judges can
be wrong too'!

1MICHAEL JACKSON?

With the sad passing of the King of Pop last Thursday,
the craze about MJ is getting crazy and crazier by the
day.
We are seeing tributes and messages by the hundreds
in every media all around the world.Suddenly, MJ dominates
the front pages of all newspapers.Billboards is bracing itself
for MJ records to shake up its charts once again.
Hundreds of Michael Jackson fans in Malaysia jammed
the phone lines of a national radio station on Friday
to express their shock after hearing of the sudden death of
the "King of Pop."
Even the Prime Minister of Malaysia Datuk Sri Najib also jumped
into the bandwagon of Michael Jackson's craze

He was seen with his YBs at Dataran Merdeka last Saturday
practicing for the 'Thriller' show and later with students

practicing diligently, raising his arms pointing fingers
up and dancing to the music from the 'Thriller'. PM Najib maybe
contemplating about changing 1Malaysia to 1Michael Jackson
since no Malaysian fully understand his 1Malaysia concept.
Moreover, 1Michael Jackson concept does not care whether you are
a black or white, you will treated equally as one human being.
Then hor, Malaysians will understand Najib's adminstration better
and maybe support his BN government, lor.

THOU SHALL NOT CANE IN COURT

Phew! I was too happy and almost
got carried away by the report
from The Malaysian Mirror that
The Bar Council too,protested on
caning an offender openly in court.
What I've written in my previous
post under 'kena rotan in court'
(see post below) concurred to
what the Bar Council 's protest.

"Judges must understand their role and what they are and are not
allowed to do as we have checks and balances and a separation of powers under the law," law society president Ragunath Kesavan (pix) told AFP.
What I said in my post..
I always thought a judge duty is only pass judgment and be a judge
and a judge only, nothing but a judge! Nothing more nothing less

"He cannot be the judge and executioner and moreover judges do not have the experience or training to carry out such punishment,"
he added.

What I said
If this fella Muhammad Syafiq needs caning and imprisonment,
please send him to the prison authority.

Now the Chief Justice Chief Justice Zaki Azmi has intervened
and told the Star daily the planned caning would be investigated.
"I am asking the senior judge in the Kuala Lumpur High Court to
look into it and take the appropriate action," he told the paper.

BRAVO, BAR COUNCIL,my salute!

WHAT DO YOU THINK OR UNDERSTAND

Does this look familiar to you? Now if you say it's a dance and
song performance by Bollywood, you're absolutely correct.
Then how about this?

Same mah? Almost but not exactly,
you see PM Najib and his YBs with Malaysians doing Saturday
morning exercise, trying to promote

1Malaysia concept ala Bollywood, to make us understand 1Malaysia!!
Coz PM Najib couldn't able to explain what is 1Malaysia, maybe that's
why hardly any Malaysians understand what the heck
1Malaysia is all about.
And it's becoming more and more ever confusing to Malaysians
when PM Najib No.2 man Deputy Prime Minister
Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin was promoting or defending UMNO!!
With statement like this
Umno will fight to the last drop of blood to protect Malay rights,
the status of the Malay Rulers, Bahasa Malaysia and Islam as
these matters are enshrined in the Constitution
.here
How is the government going to achieve 1Malaysia
(whatever that means) with racial political parties still in
existence especially with that kinda of statement?
Really, I'm floored!!
Gimme a break.

MAS SELAMAT-BARGAINING CHIP

Just a couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine had asked me
why the militant JI guy, Mas Selamat wasn't extradited to
Singapore, after all Mas Selamat is not Malaysia's baby but
Singapore's, my buddy argued.if you're with me you should feel 'selamat'.

Jokingly, I told my buddy that the Malaysian government will not
send Mas Selamat back to Singapore simply becoz we could make
Mas Selamat our bargaining tool in any negotiation situations
with Singapore government.
Malaysia could ask Singapore for any damn thing(like the 3rd bridge)
and if the Singapore don't oblige us or trying to be nasty with us
all we have to do is give the JI leader his freedom!! Mas Selamat
will scare the shit out of Singapore. Ha, ha.We could then tell
the world that Mas Selamat had escaped from our custody.
If the JI leader could escape from a Singapore maximum security
detention centre so escaping from our prison or any other prisons
in the world is no big deal!

And yesterday, we heard this from the Malaysian Home Minister...

The government did not extradite Singapore Jemaah Islamiyah

(JI) militant leader Mas Selamat Kastari to the island state due
to "security reason"
Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin
Hussein said.here
For security reasons or as a bargaining chip with Singapore?

KENA 'ROTAN' IN COURT

Apparently, a session court judge got up on the wrong side
of the bed that morning or maybe the judge was really mad
with an offender(for armed robbery) that he (the judge)
ordered the accused to be whipped 10 times within the
court premises and wait, wait hear this, that the judge would
personally cane the bugger and in presence of the offender's parents!!
Isn't that a bit too much??
A judge caning an offender in court? I haven't this ever
before at least not in Malaysia and as DAP's Lim Kit Siang
would probably say: it's unprecedented, unconstitutional,
unethical illegal action!!
But no the judge says the sentence was provided for by
the law for youthful offenders under Section 293(1) (c)
of the Criminal Procedure Code (CPC).

This piece of news from The STAR really shook me up,
why must the judge does the dirty work like whipping an offender?
Shouldn't caning be carried by those prison wardens?
Or maybe la, the learned judge find 'shiok sendiri' of
spanking someone's ass?
And the part where Sessions Court judge Zainal Abidin
Kamarudin ruled that accused Muhammad Syafiq Abd Wahab,
20, would be whipped in the presence of his parents
..
In the presence of his parents? Really hard to believe,
how would you feel if I cane your child 10 times
in front of your own very eyes ah? It's going to hurt his parents'
feelings more than hurting the fella's buttock and it says here
that the caning would be on July 15, I personally pray it won't happen!
If this fella Muhammad Syafiq needs caning and imprisonment,
please send him to the prison authority.
I always thought a judge duty is only pass judgment and be a judge
and a judge only nothing but a judge!
Nothing more nothing less

Be a judge.

MICHAEL JACKSON DIED AT 50

Michael Jackson, the show-stopping singer whose best-selling albums -- including "Off the Wall," "Thriller" and "Bad" -- and electrifying stage presence made him one of the most popular artists of all time, died Thursday.
To me, the very best from Jacko gotta be 'The Thriller"

FAREWELL, MICHAEL JACKSON.

WHICH ONE TO BELIEVE?

Unity talks has PR in disunity

from Malay Mail.

OR

BN component parties split over
of 'unity government'.
from The Malaysian Insider.

Now you tell me this stupid talk so called 'UNITY TALK'
actually splitting who ah? Pakatan Rakyat (PR) parties or
Barisan Nasional (BN) parties?
Believe me it splits neither party but this damn 'unity talk'
or 'unity government' it's going to split the RAKYAT!!
So for Pete's sake, all politicians from both divides
its time to cut all this crap about unity talk and get
back to real business of the day.

DAMN IT!!

TELL THE TRUTH

Some people can't call ' a spade a spade.' I just
can't understand why, like this fella from Port Dickson
Municipal Council District, Officer Jolani Hassan.
He was bragging about "blue waters"and "clean beaches".

How blue the sea around Port Dickson was and how clean
and beautiful the beaches were. But everyone at the gathering
knew this fella was bluffing, even with the Menteri Besar
Datuk Seri Mohamad Hassan presence ,the officer still bullshit
about the beauty and cleanliness of PD.
When it was time for the MB to say his piece, he looked at the district officer and commented that he had not seen any blue waters around Port Dickson.(click pix to enlarge)

'What I notice is that the water is almost brown,"
And the MB forgot
too about mentioning PD is a filthy town! here

PADAM MUKE!!

MMA FEMALE FIGHTER

Folks watch this female fighter who almost choked
the interviewer to death!
wah liao eh, very scary woman! It starts around 4:40
I'm sure you don't want to miss this

LET'S GET OVER WITH CHIN PENG

I had assumed that Malaysians have forgotten about the episode
for Chin Peng return to Malaysia but I was dead wrong!!
hidup atau mati, tidak tetap tidak...

Today Malay Mail paper reported that more than 300 members
of the Merbok (Kedah) branch of the Ex-Servicemen Association
of Malaysia held a protest in Sungei Petani to record their opposition
to any move to allow former Communist Party, Chin Peng into the country.
C'mon Malaysians, lets carry on with our lives, forget about Chin Peng
whoever he is , ok ah? Lets us not protest for no apparent reasons.
At this point in time, no group has taken to the street to support the
ex communist. Some people wanted him to come back to his own
motherland to finish off his remaining golden years on humanitarian
ground. What's wrong with that?
He's already 85 years, an old man, obviously can't do any harm
to the country, can he?
Furthermore, the government has put its foot down saying Chin Peng
will not be allowed to return, so be it. Full stop.
So why must ex- servicemen took to the street to protest
the call for Chin Peng return to Malaysia?
The street demo by the ex servicemen was it necessary?
After all, street demonstration is not our culture
as claimed by our former PM Badawi and moreover,
why did the police allow the demonstration?
So no Chin Peng, no street protest, ok?

DAMN IT!

NASHARUDIN -I SURVIVE

okay one, two soom, ok tok menang..hee hee

D
atuk Nik Aziz Nik Mat has made peace with PAS deputy president
Nasharuddin Mat Isa, ending weeks of unrest confronting the party
following its controversial effort to court rivals Umno to form a
unity government.here

So, what I blogged earlier turned out to be true:
That Nasharudin will survive from the Tok Guru's onslaught
after all.
I wonder what's on the mind of Hadi the PAS president?
What he gotta say now about unity government with UMNO?
I guess he too, chicken out dare not go against his Tok
Guru, hor!

HEROES OR VILLAINS?

Who will survive and who will be the
fall guy(s)?

They say politics is a dirty game and these 3 politicians
are precariously on a cliff and are about to be pushed down
soon by their respective political parties and their political
survival is anybody guess. In the eyes of the Malaysian
public, are they heroes or villains?

1.Gerakan vice president Huan Cheng Guan
He has been suspended for 3 years
by
Gerakan for his outbursts on party
leadership and threatening to jump ship
with his supporters.
My guess: a fall guy, for sure as he
himself said
earlier, 'they're out
to finish me off' politically.

2. People's Progressive Party supreme council member
Senator Datuk T. Murugiah.
He was sacked by the party for whatever reasons,
and the biggest joke was that he cooked up a plan whereby
he gathered about 1000 members for a meeting then crowned
himself and declared"I'm the real president of PPP'
ha ha. but the PPP president Kavaes didn't buy his antics
and now calling PM Najib to strip Murugiah's
deputy ministerial post.
My guess: another fall guy.

3.NASHARUDIN Mat Isa, PAS deputy president
He is getting a lot of bashing from Tok Guru Nik Aziz
for wanting to go ahead with unity talk between PAS and
UMNO.
Tok Guru is arranging a PAS leadership meeting soon and this
Nasha guy will know his fate then.

Among the 3 fellas above ,
Nasharudin looks likely to able to
sing. I 'LL SURVIVE.'
It's gonna be history for Huan and Murugiah politically.

H1N1 ALERT IN WANGSA MAJU SECTION 1

To those people staying in Wangsa Maju please take note
One H1N1 Flu case had been detected in Section 1 on June 18
involving a Form 4 student of Sekolah Menegah
Kebangsaan Wangsa Maju in Section 1.
For further info please click here

Why no news from the Minstry of Health?

DAMN IT!!

UMNO IN DESPERATION?

please help me , I'm falling, falling in love with PAS..

Muhyiddin: Umno wants unity talks speeded up

"We will not impose any conditions and we accept whatever
terms set by PAS.
-Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin

Wah so desperate ah? That UMNO will accept any
conditions set by PAS.
Like UMNO is slipping into a quicksand
that Muhyiddin is begging PAS to throw a lifeline to pull UMNO up,
lets talk about malay unity and let bygones be bygones.
Sounds UMNO real desperate for Malay unity or gasping
for power?

Calls for Malay unity or Muslim unity is fair enough but coming from
DPM Muhyiddin
was rather a big disappointment and a letdown
to non malay
(non Muslim) Malaysians.Sir why only Malay unity?
Why not Malaysian unity? As Tun Dr. Mahathir said
“I don’t think it’s a good idea”.

Tan Sri , what happen to 1Malaysia concept? You so fast
forgotten already ah,
even before Malaysians could grasp
the meaning of What's 1 Malaysia?
As a Malaysian leader and as DPM , Sir you should have shown
more concerned
about Malaysian unity rather than just
Muslim unity
, really, really a big letdown to Malaysians
who have had supported the Malaysian government since
ALLIANCE coalition days.

PAS SPAT

Undoubtedly, the hot item at this point in time
has to be the PAS 's spat within PAS themselves between
Tok Guru Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat and Nasharudin Mat Isa
the Deputy President of PAS.
sakit ati ku ni, budok dengor tak

Almost everyone especially those on the other political divide
is saying ; PAS spat worsen lah, PAS splits deepens lah,PAS in crisis
lah,etc etc etc.But to me no such thing's going to happen to PAS.
Why? Simply becoz, Tok Guru still the important keyman in
PAS. Nik Aziz still the influential figure in PAS.

When Nik Aziz speaks , majority PAS supporters will go along with
his ideas or decisions no doubt about that. And today, here
10 PAS lawmakers declared their support for spiritual adviser
Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat in opposing the unity government idea.

You see, Hadi the PAS President has somewhat 'cool down' lately,
first he mooted the idea of 'unity government' with UMNO, but
later changed to 'unity talk' after much pressure from PAS.

If Nasharudin can't get the much needed support from Hadi then
Nasharudin most probably have to 'kow-tow' to Tok Guru.

Anyway, let's see the outcome from the meeting between
Nik Aziz, Pas President Hadi and Nasharudin being called
and arranged by Tok Guru himself.
Definitely there will no real split in PAS whatsoever, but
if Tok Guru's no more around then it will be a different story
altogether.

Zaid Ibrahim joins PKR and saying
"I know Anwar is a good man"

Hold it , hold Zaid, that guy is a good man?
Are you sure or not?
I've the opinion that politics is a dirty business and politicians
playing dirty games, so I'm not too sure about DSAI being a good man.
Zaid, why not you pose your statement to people like
Tun Dr. Mahathir, Ezam, Saiful and to those bloggers who called him
YB BA...then see the real reactions..
Anyway, I ain't elaborating any further coz I'm a good man too, who
speak no evils of others. HA ha.

PS. Since now you're in PKR, pls do take care of
Zukifli Nordin a very 'melampau' dude.

FRANKLY SPEAKING....

If you give peanuts I'll give monkey....and if you give me sand
I'll give you bridge...

Singapore's Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew when asked
about the meeting with PM Najib and his wife Rosmah. He said:
“They spoke frankly to me and I spoke frankly in return,”

Very interesting piece, so they spoke frankly, then how about those
fellas he met before PM and Rosmah, like MCA fellas, the Negeri
Sembilan and Selangor Menteri Besar, and CM of Penang?
Were our Malaysian guys talking sense or were they talking
'a lot of rubbish' as what Tun Mahathir had said that our politicians
know nothing. So if lah, only if, not trying to insult our politicians
intelligent here, they asked stupid questions or illogical ones, or
not so frank, then LKY sure to give them all lot of bullshits! I wonder.
I respect great leaders like LKY and those fellas should have
tapped his ideas and experiences. Really, we should learn
something great fom this man who might come not this way ever
again as LKY is already 86 years old. There shouldn't any
sceptical reason or 'iri hati' for his visit to Malaysia.
If Singaporeans on the whole, still need LKY why don't
Malaysians listen to what he has to say, rather than
trying to figure out his movties?

A CONFUSED PAS

SIS, SIS wrong way, you faham tak

These days,Datuk Seri Hadi Abdul Awang seemed to be a
confused man First, he said that PK had agreed that PAS
to engage unity talk with UMNO.But DAP denied saying Hadi
was lying.
DAP 's Karpal Singh said“Hadi has chosen to mislead
not only PAS members and leaders, but also the rakyat."
Two days later, Hadi made a drastic U-turn and said that
the unity talks were never discussed among his PR peers.
Like that also can ah!
Next, Hadi hit out SIS (Sisters in Islam) "if you are not a fisherman,
you cannot talk about fishing. It’s the same with SIS,
if you do not have knowledge about Islam, you cannot talk about
Islam."
hmmm, Hadi, Hadi,What kinda of statement' s that?
I ain't no politician so I can't talk about about politics lah,
But what shall we do with politicians who talk clueless,
senseless and all rubbish?

DAMN IT Hadi.

DR FARISH NOOR

Dr. Farish Noor speaks...to THE GRAPH

The Malaysia I'd like to see is a Malaysia where we relate to each other as fellow citizens. It would be a Malaysia in which citizenship above all else is what counts the most. It would be a Malaysia where every Malaysian feels that they can call this place home, has the right to express themselves, and the right to dream aloud about what they want to do.

No single Malaysian should think, "I should not even aspire to become prime minister because I am not the right gender, or I'm not the right race, or I'm not the right religion." Malaysia to me is open, with infinitely wide frontiers.

I want to see a Malaysia that is luas, that is limitless in its abundance, wealth and potential. Not a Malaysia where ethnic communities plant their flags, saying "This is my patch, that patch is yours." It would be a Malaysia where one can walk freely and with confidence in the knowledge that this is our shared land and we are all the richer because we share it together. Favicon

Yes, a truly Malaysian. But, can your dream becomes a reality?

Unless and until every racial party in Malaysia,

UMNO,MIC and MCA have become irrevalant to ALL MALAYSIANS

then maybe and perhaps we are ALL 1Malaysia.

DANGER-LOOK OUT

Just about an hour ago, I spotted this along
Jalan Tan Cheng Lock

A manhole wide opened with its metal cover by the side of the road!
I tried with some help from passer-by to close back the
manhole but the metal lid was damn very heavy

Looking into the manhole, there's a running drain and it's about
10feet deep. At this point in time, I'm getting in contact with DBKL,
hopefully no one will fall into this hole before help arrive.
So the least I could dowas finding a plastic clone placed near the hole as a
precautionary measure to prevent pedestrians especially
the blind from getting hurt.

CAN YOU IMAGINE THIS

BREAKING RECORDS

The longest imprisonment record for maid abuse in
Malaysia is 18 years being held by Nirmala Bonat's
former employer Yim Pek Ha.
Next we have a Malaysian employer for this abused maid,
(Siti Hajar)

challenging to break that record!
So hopefully, the court will shows no mercy to the employer
(as she wants to be a new record holder)
like she has given 'no mercy' towards Siti Hajar.
Malaysian maid employers, how low can you go??
DAMN IT!!
p.s
holding Siti's photo is

MORE TERROR

I remember this controversy guy, Zulkifli Noordin who was one
those protesters against Bar Council not long ago on the issue of Islam.
Now, this lawyer is boiling up against Sisters in Islam.
He has called the Companies Commission of Malaysia to force SIS
to drop 'Islam' from its name just b'coz SIS believes
wearing the tudung was a personal choice.
Zulkifli Noordin also suggest to change its name to Cosmopolitan
Women's Alliance coz most of its members don't wear tudung
and (this is the best joke!) some of them are not even married!!
Wah liao!! Not married also got concerned him ah!
What la, don't married also kena kutuk huh!
Zulkifli, you really terror lah, why joined PKR?
Taliban would be a better choice for you.
I've not finished yet, this dude further recommended five
other actions to be taken against SIS:READ HERE
Zulkifli Noordin, you trying to play GOD or what?

Then BLESS YOURSELF, dude.

FROG AND SCORPION.

Malaysian politicians sometimes are bunch of clowns and very odd too
Don't you think so? Especially those fellas in Perak State Assembly,
even though we called them 'monkeys' yet they still don't know
how to behave themselves.(clowns)
Now we have one politician guy who likened himself as a frog and
his enemy as a scorpion!!(very odd)
Really, I love this story from Kayveas

No lah, I look more like a frog than you lah

You ah? like aaa yeah a scorpion.

"The scorpion wanted to ride on my back to get across the river and I was the frog who was naive enough to offer him a ride.

"Halfway across the river, the frog suddenly felt a sharp sting in his back and, out of the corner of his eye, saw the scorpion remove his stinger from his back. A numbness began to creep into his limbs. Croaked the frog, ‘Now we shall both die! Why on earth did you do that? 'The scorpion shrugged, saying ‘I could not help myself. It is my nature'."

I bet this battle between the frog and the scorpion will be a long long one.
