A while ago, a dude SMSed to say that More cheaper hospitals to be built-
must be read as more "cheaper-hospitals and not as more-cheaper
hospitals, so according to him The Star was correct.
Yeah, I agreed but at least cheaper hospitals should be in inverted commas
as"cheaper hospitals", no? So as to create less confusion among some
moron readers like this blogger.
