IF NOT BIAS, THEN WHAT?

The police are not bias or practice favouritism in their actions, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein
Consider this:
about 50 people were marching illegally from Masjid
Jamek to Dataran Merdeka, holding candles and roses, mind you,
candles and roses ONLY, 16 of them arrested without referring
to Attorney- General!!


But before this incident, we have seen 50 protesters in
Section 23 Shah Alam marching with a severed cow head


and ironically, with police presence yet till today,
no one has been arrested! According to police, the AG
has instructed them to probe further!

So holding candles and roses you're busted, but NOT
carrying a cow-head? And Hisham said 'police are not
bias?
