PROTON JUMBUCK

Wow, it sounds a bit scary to me really, Proton Jumbuck got
only 1 star rating conducted by the independent body Ancap
(Australasian New Car Assessment Programme).
A consumer group there said it was so unsafe it should
be taken
off the road.
Consumer NZ, a New Zealand consumer group, said cars
should
be ranked at least four stars to be considered
roadworthy. Pick-up trucks such as the Toyota Hilux
and Mitsubishi Triton qualify for four stars.
MALAYSIAN MIRROR

What about the other types of Proton cars on Malaysian roads?
Wira, Savy or the new Proton, how safe are they?
How many 'stars' do they qualify?
Could Proton give the Malaysians public a full list of
ratings on Proton cars or at least care to respond?
