Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno, the former part-time
model who was found guilty of consuming liquor
in public more than two years ago, will not be caned.
Maybe all along, I felt that she has suffered enough just for
drinking beer! She was fined RM5K, lost a job as a nurse became
a divorcee all becoz she was caught drinking beer in public!
I tabik the Pahang Sultan for his wise decision but according
to Kartika's dad the religious authority now was making life
difficult for them.
Why like that, ah?
