This former project director of the PKFZ turnkey contractor
was released on bail of RM250,000 ONLY, so he's a SMALL
fish la! Malaysians love to see BIG FISH in court, you understand
ah, Gani Patail?

ps. To me, BIG FISH means with a minimum bail of RM
5 million!
