BE SERIOUS, DBKL!

When NO cats in sight then

rats can be seen running around... Likewise ....

if DBKL trucks can seen in the streets in downtown Kuala
Lumpur, bingo! The place will be as clean and cleared as this


with illegal hawker stalls or peddlers 'disappear' into thin air!
Right?


Wrong! For those hawkers are adamant and still could be seen

doing their business just 20 meters away from where the DBKL
truck is! How ironic.
So how does DBKL gonna solve the illegal hawkers problems with
this kind of attitudes from the enforcement officers? They ( the
DBKL officers) just parked their truck and do nothing! They are
NOT doing their jobs!
No actions taken against these illegal hawkers knowing that they
(hawkers) are still trading in front of their (officers) eyes!
Either they are DAMN bloody lazy or they are 'corrupted'!
If only, The Datuk Bandar (city mayor) is reading this, and take
some positive actions or else the 'hawkers problems in KL
will remain as an eyesore and pain in the ass forever!
