Rais: 1 Malaysia is for real and for all

LONDON, Feb 14 — Information Communication
and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim
told Malaysian students here that the 1 Malaysia
concept mooted by Prime Minister Datuk Seri
Najib Razak is not a political gimmick but noble
vision to ensure Malaysians remain united under
a fair and just system.
With groups like Perkasa, a very racial NGO, calling Lim Guan Eng
as 'anti malay' and ' a racist', do you think Dr Rais, that 1Malaysia
would ensure Malaysians remain united?

Asked on certain non-government organisations
(NGOs) and individuals who were bent on painting
a negative picture of 1Malaysia,
Rais said there were bound to be a black sheep
or two among NGOs.
Okay fair enough, we always have black sheep everywhere.

“What we can do is to explain why their views are
not compatible with the 1 Malaysia vision,” he
said, adding that these groups were very small in
number.
Right on the spot Dr. Rais, so kindly 'explain to this 2 friends of yours


why their views are not compatible with the 1
Malaysia vision.
Please Dr Rais go and explain to these 2 gentlemen above
and I assure you, you'll be doing to a large majority of Malaysia’s
28 million population a BIG favour!
