AN OVERDOSE OF MEDICINE?

Apparently, a 7 year old boy has died due to ‘overdose’

of medicine given by a doctor from a government clinic.

Frightening and scary, dun you think so?

You might die coz of a doctor’s negligence giving you an overdose

or wrong medicine!!

According to The Star today here, the boy was given 500mg

parcetamol tablets for his fever. And if the allegation is true,

the doc concerned would be in a deep trouble.

So, how confidence are we with our doctor‘s prescriptions?

How are we to know whether the medicine given to us are right

and not ‘overdose’?

Must we or should we consult another doctor for ‘2nd opinion’

on prescriptions, like we ask for 2nd opinion on our medical status?

One way or another we gotta be on guard when visiting

our doctors especially with the medicine given to us as we dun

want to die for no apparent reason.

Buta-buta mati!

So take precautions, folks.

p.s

more frightening news!!

The medical records on the victim's treatment has gone missing!!!

A WRONG SPORTS MINISTER?

We can’t be expected to tap talents from schools...

that’s an old school mentality. That is why we have sports schools

(Bukit Jalil and Bandar Penawar) where they are trained to become

elite athletes.”

- from Sports Minister Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek (The Malay Mail)

Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek says that!

Schools are not the place to spot talents!

Here we got one minister who doesn’t know what the crap

is he talking about as one blogger says ‘tokkok’

Then where and how the hell are we going to

spot potential talents as we need to nurture them from

young (in Bukit Jalil Sport school)to be excellent in sports?

Maybe he‘s thinking of going to general hospital

maternity wards or pluck potential sportsmen from

coconut trees or to kampong and find youngsters and telling

them ‘you, you and you, you’re picked for sports training in

Bukit Jalil!! Simple, just like that. Can ar?

The school sports are the vital basic steps for students that

they have to go thru before they are spotted or selected

to be trained at elite sports schools.

I would have give Shabery Chek a standing ovation if he has

said something like this:

‘From today, I will make sure every school in

Malaysia has a playing field with a qualified Physical Education teacher’.

So right now, we are looking at either

1. A slip –up by Shabery Cheek (as suggested by The MM)

2. PM Najib picked a wrong guy for the job.

3. Shabery Cheek walked into a wrong ministry.Or

4. None of the above.

GOOD NITE

Gee, I wish I could zzzzzzz like that!!

Sorry guys, I got some technical problems with my laptop here

BEST JOKE OF ALL

Someone wanted the best joke in the world!

Well, I read it somewhere that claimed

that it is the best joke in the world.

Two friends went hunting together, with their

rifles in a nearby forest.

Suddenly, one guy just collapsed on the ground and

his friend panicked and started calling for help.

HUNTER: “Hello, doctor please, please help me

my friend has just dropped dead on the ground.

What must I do?”

HOSPITAL STAFF: Please calm down sir, we’ll help

you. Dun panic. Are you sure he’s dead?

We’ll definitely help you, make sure he’s dead.

HUNTER: Ok, ok hold on a minute..

B A N G!! B A N G!!

HUNTER: Ok doctor, he’s dead now. What’s shall I do next?”

KHIR TOYO SHUT UP

Will someone knock some sense into Khir Toyo’s brain?

Apparently, Marina Mahathir’s blog didn’t reach or couldn’t

go thru this guy’s head!

Just Read this interview with The Malaysian Insider and

you will know what I mean.

Khir Toyo as arrogant as before, couldn’t be reformed anymore,

even with Marina Mahathir’s and other bloggers’ comments

or perhaps the bashings on Toyo‘s head was not hard enough

for him to wake up and touch base with reality. MORE...
