SAMY VELLU

After failing to get himself re-appointed, Samy Vellu tried
to propose two additional deputy ministers posts for Sothinathan
and Senator Loga Chitrakalla, according to MIC sources.

The sources said a close aide of Samy Vellu had leaked
the story that Samy Vellu was considering pulling out
Human Resources Minister Datuk Dr S. Subramaniam
and deputy ministers Datuk S.K. Devamany and
Datuk M. Saravanan, to put pressure on Najib to give
additional positions in the Cabinet. (The Malaysian Insider)

Samy, Ina dey?
C’mon Samy, you sounded more like the opposition party
than a BN’s coalition. And definitely a sore loser,
if you are not selected for a Ministerial post, so be it.

What are you trying to do?
Threatening Datuk Seri Najib with pull-outs from Cabinet?
Causing disunity among BN coalition?

Emulate the actions by KJ, concentrate party building and
confidence among Malaysian Indians in MIC, rather
than trying of wanting of power.
As a matter of fact, your own community has lost faith
in your leadership as MIC chief since March 2008
General Election.

The next best action for to you take is
retire from politics; it’s time for the younger
generations to take over from MIC like the other major
component parties.

If the media sources are accurate, Najib too had indicated
Samy to hand over MIC power by mid year.
